Ericsson and Dubai Digital Authority have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to explore collaboration, it was announced during a visit by a UAE delegation to Ericsson’s Imagine Studio. The visitors comprised senior representatives from sectors including government, healthcare, public safety, digital transformation, education and community development.
The MoU establishes a formal framework to co-develop next-generation initiatives that enhance public services and advance Dubai’s digital strategy.
Translating delegation discussions into a concrete roadmap, the agreement prioritises advanced connectivity, AI-driven city operations and digital inclusion. Additionally, both entities will design programmes to expand digital access, creating more resilient, efficient and citizen-centric public outcomes.
