MTN MoMo Zambia has partnered with FNB Zambia to introduce an ATM Cash Out service that allows customers to withdraw money directly from their MoMo wallets at FNB ATMs without a bank card or FNB account.
The service builds on the existing partnership between the two companies, which enables wallet-to-bank transfers and MoMo payments at FNB point-of-sale terminals.
MTN MoMo Zambia Head of Strategy and Business Development, Pafyako Malema Museba, said the service provides customers with a secure and convenient way to access their funds while supporting financial inclusion.
FNB Zambia Senior Manager for Alternate Channels, Victor Silavwe, said the service is designed to meet customers’ everyday cash needs, including business activities and family expenses.
The companies said the expanded partnership will provide customers with more options to access and use digital financial services across Zambia.
