Telecel Cash has unveiled Telecel Shop, an e-commerce marketplace integrated into the Telecel Play App, allowing customers to discover, purchase and receive products and services from merchants across Ghana.
Developed in partnership with Flood Pte Ltd, the platform allows customers to browse products, make secure payments and choose from fulfilment options including home delivery, office delivery and in-store pickup.
Telecel Shop is part of Telecel Ghana’s vision to transform the Telecel Play App into a digital ecosystem bringing together commerce, financial services, digital content and lifestyle solutions on one platform.
Businesses can join the marketplace through the Telecel MerchantPro App, which provides digital storefront tools to showcase products, manage their online presence, engage customers and grow sales.
Philip Amoateng, Managing Director of Telecel Cash, said the platform is intended to make the Telecel Play App a preferred digital destination while helping SMEs strengthen their digital presence and reach more customers.
Customers can access Telecel Shop through the Telecel Play App, with Telecel Cash continuing engagements with merchants, partners and customers ahead of a wider market rollout and activation programme scheduled for October 2026.
