Huawei has unveiled new AI infrastructure, cloud services and partner capabilities to help governments and enterprises deploy AI at scale.
The announcements were made at Huawei Connect 2026 in Shanghai and include Huawei Cloud’s latest AI Cluster Service (AICS), Agentic Model as a Service (MaaS), AgentArts enterprise agent platform and Industry AI Foundry.
The new AICS offers 20% higher token throughput than Huawei’s previous-generation compute service and is scheduled to become commercially available outside China from November 30. AgentArts, which currently serves more than 100 enterprises, is expected to launch internationally from December 30.
The Industry AI Foundry combines industry scenarios, AI models, data, knowledge and AI agents, with more than 1,000 industry-specific assets and over 1,000 deployed projects across healthcare, manufacturing, finance and AI for Science. Huawei has also added Smart Government and AI Hardware zones.
Huawei also launched SCALE, a partner support system designed to help companies develop, validate, deliver and operate AI solutions. The system focuses on scenario-based solutions, co-innovation, marketing, local services and collaboration.
Huawei said its partners have developed more than 100 AI solutions across eight industries, supported by more than 130 online and offline showcases worldwide.
The announcements reflect growing demand from governments and enterprises for computing capacity, secure infrastructure, industry-specific AI solutions and local expertise as organisations move from AI experimentation to wider deployment.
Huawei Connect 2026 was held in Shanghai from September 17 to 19 under the theme “Advancing the Agentic World.”
