Huawei Strengthens Partner Capabilities to Scale AI Adoption

Huawei has unveiled new AI infrastructure and partner support capabilities aimed at helping organisations in the Middle East move from AI experimentation to practical deployment.

Announced at Huawei Connect 2026 in Shanghai, the developments include Huawei Cloud’s latest AI Cluster Service (AICS), Agentic Model as a Service (MaaS), AgentArts enterprise agent platform and Industry AI Foundry.

Huawei said its latest AICS delivers 20% higher token throughput than its previous-generation compute service and will be available outside China from November 30. AgentArts, which currently serves more than 100 enterprises, is expected to launch outside China from December 30.

The Industry AI Foundry combines industry scenarios, models, data, knowledge and AI agents. It has more than 1,000 industry-specific assets and has supported over 1,000 projects in sectors including healthcare, manufacturing, finance and AI for Science. New Smart Government and AI Hardware zones have also been added.

Huawei also launched SCALE, a partner support system designed to help partners develop, validate, deliver and operate AI solutions. The programme focuses on scenario-based solutions, co-innovation, aligned marketing, local services and efficient collaboration.

Huawei provides partners with AI technologies covering computing, storage, networking, security and data protection, alongside development tools and reference architectures. The company said partners have developed more than 100 scenario-based solutions across eight industries, supported by more than 130 showcases globally.

The initiatives are aimed at strengthening local partner capabilities as Middle Eastern organisations increase investment in AI and seek secure infrastructure, computing capacity and industry-specific solutions.

Huawei Connect 2026 was held from September 17 to 19 under the theme “Advancing the Agentic World.”
