Ericsson has signed a five-year lease extension with Corem covering approximately 16,000 square metres at the Idéskaparen 2 property in Linköping, Sweden.
The agreement, effective from the third quarter of 2027, extends Ericsson’s existing premises. The company has been a tenant at the property since 2014.
Located in Linköping Science Park’s Mjärdevi area, the property is BREEAM In-Use certified and provides modern, purpose-built workspaces tailored to Ericsson’s needs.
The extension reinforces Ericsson’s long-term presence in Linköping and its continued collaboration with Corem.
