MTN Ghana has launched DigiFest 2026 and Tech Fair in Accra, bringing together innovators, technology enthusiasts and industry stakeholders to explore emerging digital solutions.
The event, held at the MTN Iconic House, will showcase technologies across gaming, streaming, television, applications, cloud, home solutions and enterprise services.
MTN Ghana CEO Stephen Blewett said the company’s digital business is growing by almost 100% annually and urged innovators to focus on solutions that address real customer needs.
He also noted that Ghana has the talent and skills to develop digital solutions for Ghana, Africa and global markets, but stressed the need to move ideas beyond development and into the marketplace.
MTN Ghana Chief Digital Officer Ibrahim Misto said DigiFest is designed to make innovation participatory, with masterclasses, conferences, immersive experiences and opportunities for co-creation.
The festival forms part of MTN Ghana’s efforts to strengthen local digital capabilities, promote innovation and position Ghana as a stronger digital hub in Africa.
